At Big Wheels USA, we value your satisfaction and strive to make every order experience smooth. Please read our return and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
🚫 No Exchanges Policy
We do not accept product exchanges. If you’re unsatisfied with your order, you may be eligible to request a return for a refund, subject to the conditions below.
❌ Order Cancellation Policy
Cancel Before Shipment (within 24 Hours)
If you wish to cancel your order, please email support@bigwheelsusa.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Include your order number, name, and product details so we can assist you quickly. If the item has not shipped yet, you will receive a full refund.
Cancel After Shipment
If your order has already shipped, we will attempt to contact the shipping carrier to recall the package. A shipping recall fee may apply. If the recall is unsuccessful, you can refuse delivery or initiate a return once the package arrives.
📦 Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your product.
Returns are only accepted if all of the following conditions are met:
- Item is in brand new, unused condition
- Item is not assembled or installed
- Original tags and packaging are included
- All accessories from the original shipment are included
Items That Cannot Be Returned:
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Customized or bundled items
- Products labeled “Non-returnable” on the product page
- Any item used, assembled, or damaged outside of transit
- Products returned after 30 days from the delivery date
🚚 Return Shipping Responsibility
If your item arrived damaged or defective, Big Wheels USA will cover return shipping. You must email photos or video showing the issue to support@bigwheelsusa.com within 48 hours of delivery.
If you are returning for any other reason (wrong size, buyer's remorse, cancellation after shipment), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the original packaging is not available, a $45 repackaging fee will be deducted from your refund.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days, minus any return shipping or restocking fees (if applicable).
Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
📬 Missing or Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, email us at support@bigwheelsusa.com with your order number and tracking information. We will contact the carrier and work to resolve the issue promptly.
📸 Damaged or Defective Products
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your product is damaged or not working properly:
Take clear photos or a short video of the issue
Include images of the box, labels, and all sides of the product
Email everything to support@bigwheelsusa.com within 48 hours of delivery
We’ll assess the situation and work with you to resolve it quickly.
